Time To Pet Facility is designed to simplify many of the complex tasks of managing your facility company. Keep in mind that facility-pet care software can be complicated, and there may be a learning curve, but eventually, you will hit the “aha!” moment where it gets much easier, and you will see the tremendous benefit our system can have on your business. Just keep at it and ask lots of questions. That’s what we are here for!
Data Imports
If you currently use another facility pet care software system or you have a list of your clients in a spreadsheet, let us know. We can usually import much of your existing data into Facility. This typically includes client information, pet information, staff information, and even veterinarian information. There is no cost to our data import service! For more information on this process, check out our help doc on Importing Data Into Time To Pet.

Step 1 - Adding A Client
Note: If you have an In-Home account and need to sync clients to your Facility account from your In-Home, you can view our help article on how to do so: Syncing Clients & Staff To Both Softwares
Step 2 - Adding A Staff Member

Step 3 - Create A Service

Step 5 - Connecting to Time To Pet Payments via Stripe
Accepting credit cards and ACH payments from your clients is easy with Facility. Payments processed through Time To Pet are automatically applied to the client's invoices and deposited in your company bank account. Also, if your account is connected to Quickbooks Online, it is automatically synced to QBO.

Step 9 - Activate Account
