If you offer dog training, private lessons, group classes, seminars, or workshops, we have several features that you can utilize to make scheduling and booking easier for Admins, schedulers, staff, and clients.

Custom Client And Pet Fields
Client and Pet Fields in Facility are completely customizable. You can show them to clients or hide them for internal notes on previous training sessions, group classes, and other general notes for you or your team-+. It's also possible to set them as required, so a client will need to fill them out before scheduling services.
Admins can set fields as required in the Settings > Company Settings > Client Fields or the Settings > Company Settings > Pet Fields section of their Dashboard:
Marking fields as required will make it necessary to complete them before the client is able to schedule services:
Admins can also create notes that are not viewable by clients by unchecking the "Client Editable", "Client Visible", and "Required" Field Properties:
Custom New Client Intake Form
The Allow Clients To Create New Accounts feature can save precious time. You can create a direct link to allow clients to sign up for an account with your company and fill out a custom new client intake form. From there, accounts can be auto-approved or manually approved. This cuts down on emailing back and forth by capturing the information you need right away in order to move forward with scheduling.
Setting Up Services
Facility allows customers to create unlimited types of Main and Add-On Services. If your company offers various dog training services, such as Basic Obedience, Advanced Obedience, puppy classes, and so forth, you can create a service for each!

When creating a Main Service, you can select "Daycare" for the Service Type. That way, when clients go to request this service, they will see it in the "Same Day" services selection.
Note: You can also add a description to your service to further communicate to pet parents what they are selecting when they request services. A service's description is seen immediately when selected so it's a great communication tool to talk about the service, process, or any changes to be expected!
You can also create Drop-Off and Pickup times that clients can select when requesting service. These can be within 15-, 30-minute intervals, or larger blocks of time:
Scheduling Repeat Services
When scheduling services for a client, if you would like to duplicate these same services for a future date, you can easily do so with the Duplicates tool!
After scheduling services, staying in the pop-up, click the "Tools" tab, and click "Duplicate":
From here, you can select the additional dates by clicking on them and using the arrows to move to additional months; the selected dates will appear below the calendar in the pop-up. This is great for clients who want to set up training every Wednesday, for example, or sign up for your Puppy Class every Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday for the next six weeks.
Spaces
You can assign staff and pets to Spaces. Each training service or even trainer can have their own Space that pets can be assigned to:

Flags
The Flags feature in Facility is limitless. Flags are never seen by clients, only by Admins, Schedulers, or Staff. They can be easily set on a client's profile and are completely customizable. Some companies will add flags for clients who pay by cash, behavior warnings, and much more.
Global Documents And Client Documents
Facility offers two Document features: global documents that can be seen by all clients and Client Documents that can be added to a specific client's profile for them to view. The Documents feature allows you to add pertinent pet information, training guides, and more that your clients can view in their App/Portal and download as needed.

Note: Clients can also view documents in their Time To Pet app for easy viewing on the go.
Mass Email Feature
Having all of your clients in Time To Pet allows for easy segmenting of mailing lists using the Mass Email feature. This feature is useful for sending class homework assignments, newsletters, upcoming class information, weather announcements, and much more.
It's also possible to see if a client has received and opened any mass email by using the"Statistics" button found in the "Actions" menu of the email campaign to view:
Time To Pet also offers over twenty-five different filters that you can use to customize your mailing list for mass emails.
Tasks
Tasks in Facility are a versatile way to create assignable reminders directly in your Dashboard. A task has a description, an optional due date, an optional assignee, and an optional client or staff member linked. Tasks help with organization and can be useful if a client is missing information, needs class homework reviewed, or needs a general reminder.

Additional Tools
Portal Notification
The Portal Notification feature is great for general announcements. When activated, you can add a custom message that will show at the top of every page in their client portal. You can change those settings here: Client Settings > Portal Settings.
Portal - Service Request Form Message
The "Portal - Service Request Form" in Company Settings > Messaging. This message will only show when the client is requesting services, so you can use it to include important scheduling policies or instructions. For example, "Puppy Class enrollment is August 2nd. Please be on the lookout for an email!".
Messaging in Time To Pet
Messaging in Facility allows for quick and responsive communication with clients and is a keystone of every successful pet service business. Communication is a fully integrated piece of Facility and is something you, your team, and your clients use frequently. Pet Vaccination Tool
For many facilites that offer training, it is required that their clients keep their pets up-to-date on all of their vaccinations. Facility can help you track vaccinations and their due dates, and run vaccination reports to see what pets are missing vaccinations, which have vaccinations that are past due, or ones that have upcoming due dates using the Pet Vaccinations tool. You can also allow pet parents to manage their own vaccinations using this tool.
