The Scheduler Settings section is where you can configure the Scheduler/Calendar in your Time To Pet account.

Configuring Your Scheduler

To access the settings for the Scheduler, use the main sidebar menu on the left-hand side of your screen to navigate to Settings > Company Settings > Scheduler.

This is where you can customize the look, feel, and functionality of your Calendar. This includes adjusting the calendar default view, adding warnings, and much more.

Configurable Options

Calendar Default View – You can adjust the default view of the calendar to one of four views, either as Space as Columns or Spaces as Rows.

Calendar Interval – The Calendar Interval allows you to adjust how much space is shown on your calendar. Setting the interval to a small value will spread out your calendar and give you more space. Setting the interval to a larger value will make the calendar more concise. Most companies will set this to 15 or 30 minutes.

Calendar Start & Stop Times – This setting controls the first and last hour shown on all calendar views in the Dashboard. For example, if your company starts services at 5:30 AM, you may prefer to set your Calendar Start time to 5:00 AM.

Time Selector Interval – Adjusting the Time Selector Interval will adjust the time options you can choose from when scheduling events. When set to 30 minutes, you can choose times like 2:00pm, 2:30pm, or 3:00pm. When set to 15 minutes, you can choose times like 2:00pm, 2:15 pm, 2:30 pm, or 2:45 pm. Most businesses will set this to be the same as their Calendar Interval.

Scheduling Colors – Time To Pet supports two unique ways to color-code your events: “Color By Event Status” or "Color By Service". If set to "Color By Service", be sure to give each service a unique color under each Service's settings in your Services List.

Warn Before Move – Enabling Warn Before Move will warn you when events are dragged and dropped on your calendar. This tool is useful if you want to avoid moving events by mistake.
