You can create Drop-Off and Pickup times for each service when creating your Main Services. These can vary by service type, or you can use the same settings each time you create a Main Service. Drop-off and Pickup times can be selected when you schedule services for pet parents, or when they request services through their Client App or Portal, to indicate when they will arrive and depart from your Facility.

Changing The Verbiage For Drop-Off and Pickup Times
If your Facility uses verbiage other than "Drop-Off" and "Pickup" for the options that can be selected for expected arrival and departure times when clients request their services, you can customize these terms in the Settings > Messaging > Language Customizations section of your Admin Dashboard:
Note: This will control the verbiage pet parents will see in the Client App & Portal, but it will not affect the verbiage used in the Admin Dashboard.
Creating Drop-Off And Pickup Times
When creating a Main Service, you can create the times that you would like to be selectable for a pet's arrival and departure from your Facility in the Drop-Off and Pickup section. Times can be created as windows that span a time, such as 6 - 8AM, or in increments of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes between the times you select for the Start and End times:
When creating your Drop-off and Pickup times, one must be set as the default. If no additional times are added or selected, the first one listed will be chosen as the default for that service.
Optional Fee
If you charge special rates for early or late pickup and drop-off times, you can add an optional automated fee for the times of your choosing. In the example below, we have set an option fee of $15 for the 6 - 8AM time drop-off time:
Changing The Time Increments For Drop-Off and Pickup Times
When creating your Main Service's Drop-Off and Pickup times, you can choose an Interval Length. When requesting new services, a client will choose the planned Drop-Off and Pickup times from these windows. The Interval Length specifies the times a client can select within that window, providing a more specific range for the client to choose from. For example, if you have a Drop-Off time window that is 6 - 11Am and you set it with a 5-minute interval, this would allow the client to select "6:00 - 6:05," "6:05 - 6:10", etc. This allows both you and your clients more flexibility and prep time between pets entering and exiting your Facility.
Enabling Time Increments and Selecting the Interval Length
The Interval Length options can be found at the bottom of the Drop-Off And Pickup Times section when editing or creating a Main Service:
In the Interval Length dropdown menu, you can enable the ability for clients to choose from intervals of time by selecting any option other than Full Window, which is what it's set to by default. Choose between the interval options of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 minutes to select the best option for your business and services:

Pet Parent View - Requesting Services
Pet parents can select Drop-Off and Pickup times when requesting service in the Client Portal or Mobile App:
Additionally, when an Interval Length other than Full Window is enabled, Pet Parents can choose a selection within a Drop-Off and Pickup time window when submitting a service request:
Note: Pet parents are not able to select an interval time when scheduling through the Time To Pet Mobile App yet, but we hope to have that functionality available soon!

When scheduling services for a client, you can select the Drop-off and Pickup times for their services:

In the Expected At and Expected Out columns, you can view a pet's Drop-Off and Pickup times in the Event Status Menu:
When checking pets in and out, you can also see the selected Drop-Off and Pickup times:
