Facility: Advanced Notifications Settings

Learn how to manage advanced notification settings in Time To Pet Facility.

You can access the Advanced - Notifications section of your Settings by selecting Settings from the main navigational bar on the left side of your Admin Dashboard:

Then, select Advanced from the new settings-oriented navigational sidebar, and finally, choose Notifications from the submenu options that appear:

Company Notifications

This setting enables or disables notifications (both emails and Client App notifications) from being delivered to your entire company, including clients and staff. This is most commonly used by new companies that are testing out Time To Pet Facility during their free trial.

Include System Notification In Conversation Feed

If enabled, Time To Pet will copy invoice notifications, service confirmations, Welcome Emails, and payment notifications emails to the Client Conversation Feed. These are only visible by Admin/Scheduler roles with the correct permissions and are helpful for reviewing exactly what was sent to a client and when:
