In this article, we will go over how you can customize Report Cards to send to your clients to provide them with updates on how their daycare days, boarding stays, or grooming appointments are going with your team. Report Cards can be configured in the Settings > Client Settings > Report Cards section of your account.
Report Card Settings
Report Cards can be enabled in the Report Cards section of your Client Settings.
By default, a blank Report Card is available on your account. To begin setting up Report Cards for your company, you can either modify the existing Report Card or create a brand new one!
Each question you add to your Report Card will include a Question Text field, which should indicate what you're asking your staff member to fill out; a Question Icon, which you can choose from hundreds of existing pictures to find the perfect representation of what you're asking in the first field; and a Question Type, which determine the type of field that will populate on the Report Card.
There are three Question Types you can select from: Yes/No, Count, and Multiple Choice. The Yes/No question will prompt team members to answer "Yes" or "No" to the question being asked; the Count question will prompt team members to input a number in response to the question being asked; and the Multiple Choice question will allow you to input a selection of answers that team members can choose a single option from to respond to the question being asked.
A sample Yes/No question may look like this:
A sample Count question may look like this:
A sample Multiple Choice question may look like this:
After creating your questions, you can rearrange the order in which they're asked by dragging and dropping the question to your desired location. You can also edit or delete questions by clicking the Edit option to the right of a question:
Creating Multiple Report Card Templates
Time To Pet Facility supports the use of multiple Report Cards. For example, the list of questions you ask on a Report Card will likely vary depending on whether the service is for Daycare, Boarding, or Grooming. You could choose to create a “Daycare Report Card” and link it to all of your daycare services, and then create report cards specific to your boarding and grooming services, as well.
Note: You can send Report Cards in Front Desk Mode, and while the Default Report will appear first, you can select the Report Card you want to send for the selected pet(s) from the dropdown menu. For more information on sending Report Cards in Facility, check out our help documentation here: Sending Report Cards In Time To Pet Facility.
Initially, all the questions you add will be added to your company's Default Report Card. All services will use the Default Report Card unless they are linked to another Report Card or the Is Default option is checked off on another Report Card:
To create an additional Report Card, click the Create New Report button:
