You can cancel and edit future (not yet approved and scheduled) Template events directly from the Templates screen. To do this, navigate to the Scheduler > Templates Tab. You can then select the Template you want to cancel or modify a future event. From here, you can click the "Calendar" button in the top right corner:
After clicking the "Calendar button", navigate to the events you need to cancel, click on the event, and then select “Delete Event” or "Edit Event":
Selecting "Delete Event" will remove the unapproved event from the Template and prevent it from being scheduled when that Template period is approved.
After selecting "Edit Event," a pop-up will open. Here, you can make any adjustments to the date, time, drop-off and pickup times, main service, pets, add-on services, or notes on the event.
The second tab shows and allows you to undo any deleted events on the Template.
Note: When the iteration of the Template that includes the date you deleted comes up for approval, TTP will not approve any events that have been previously deleted.
