You can cancel and edit future Template events directly from the Templates tab. These events are services that have not yet been approved onto the calendar and are not yet an invoice.

To do this, navigate to the Scheduler > Templates section of your Time To Pet Facility account. You can then select the Template that contains the events you want to cancel or delete by directly clicking on it from the list. This will open up a new panel of options to the right of the master Template list. Click the Calendar button to the right of the Edit This Template button in the upper right corner of the page:
The Calendar tab will show you the Template's services and how they look upon the schedule. Events that have been approved onto the calendar will be colored in accordance with how you color-code the Scheduler, while events that have not yet been approved onto the calendar will appear in a transparent orange color. These are events that are still considered "pending" in Time To Pet Facility and are the ones you want to focus on, as events that have already been approved on the calendar cannot be edited from here.
Locate the event(s) you would like to modify, and when you find them, click directly on them. An Event Info window will appear, and you will see two buttons: Delete Event and Edit Event:
Selecting Delete Event will remove the unapproved event from the Template and prevent it from being scheduled when that Template period is approved onto the calendar.
When selecting Edit Event, a new pop-up window opens. Here, you can make any adjustments you need to the event's date, time, drop-off and pickup times, Main and Add-on Services, notes, and which pets are assigned to it:
Select Update Event when you're finished making your edits. The pop-up window will close and return you to the Calendar screen. There is also a second tab that you can access on this page - the Deleted Events tab. This tab displays events from the selected Template that have been deleted and allows you to undo them if needed:
Note: When the Template period that includes the date you deleted comes up for approval, Time To Pet will not approve any events that have been previously deleted.
