Media Gallery On Client App

Note: The Media Gallery is only available through the Time To Pet Mobile App.

To view pictures sent between you and your pet care provider, navigate to your Conversation Feed in the mobile app. The Media Gallery for your account can be opened by tapping on the photo icon in the upper left corner.

The following page will be a Media Gallery showing photos that have been sent through your Conversation Feed. There is also a separate tab for viewing videos. To see a full view of a picture or video, simply tap on the photo or video.

From there, scroll left or right to move between photos. If there is a photo you would like to save to your device or share, click the "Save Image" button at the top to save it to your device's photo gallery or click "Share" to add it to an email, text message, or other platforms.

To exit out of the photo/video you are viewing, click the circled "X" in the upper right-hand corner.

To exit the Media Gallery, tap the "Back" option.
