Managing Vaccinations in Facility

You can manage your pet's vaccinations in your Client Portal or Client Mobile App. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps for uploading your pet's vaccination records.


Adding Vaccinations in the Client Portal

Star by navigating to the "Pets" tab of your Client Portal:

You can upload your pet's vaccination records directly from this screen on each pet's profile. By clicking the vaccinations tab to the right of your pet's "details":


When uploading a Vaccination Record, you are required to set the expiration date of the Vaccination before completing the upload. Click the "Upload New Vaccination Record" to upload the record:


After uploading the Vaccination Record, you will see your Facility's team will be able to review, and You will see a green notification banner that the records have been successfully uploaded and are awaiting review by your facility's team:


Adding Vaccinations in the Mobile App

Upload your pet's vaccination records to the mobile app. Start by navigating to the "Pets" tab of the App to see your pet profiles. Click "View Full Profile" on the pet's vaccinations you wish to upload:

Click the "Vaccinations" tab in the pet's profile:



Here, you can upload vaccination records directly from this screen for your pet. After clicking "Upload Vaccination Record," you can upload a document (file), a picture, or take a picture of your pet's vaccination records:

After selecting the file, add the Vaccination Expiration date and upload the records by clicking "Upload Record":

You will see a green notification banner that the records have been successfully uploaded and are awaiting review by your facility's team:
